About Our Products
Q: What materials do you use for your 3D prints?
We primarily use high-quality PLA and PETG filament, chosen for their strength, precision, and vibrant colors. Specialty materials like TPU (flexible filament) or resin may also be available upon request.

Q: Are the products handmade or machine-made?
All our products are 3D printed in-house using professional-grade printers. Each piece is individually printed, cleaned, and inspected before shipping — meaning no two items are exactly alike.

Q: Do your 3D-printed koozies keep drinks cold?
Our koozies are made from PLA (polylactic acid), a lightweight and biodegradable plastic. While PLA doesn’t have the same insulating properties as foam or neoprene, it still acts as a physical barrier between your hand and the can, helping reduce how quickly your drink warms up from body heat.
The structured shell design also limits direct contact with the can, trapping a thin layer of air that provides mild insulation. In short — our koozies won’t keep drinks icy for hours like traditional foam sleeves, but they’ll help maintain a chill longer than holding the can directly, and they look a lot better doing it.

We currently ship across the United States, with international shipping coming soon.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and printed within 3–5 business days. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Replacements
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each product is inspected prior to shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. Since 3D prints are made to order, minor surface imperfections or layer lines are normal and part of the printing process. There should not be any major flaws.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives with significant damage or a major defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement if appropriate.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before printing begins. After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Q: Are the prints durable?
Yes! Our 3D printed products are designed to be both lightweight and durable. However, they are not meant to be handled harshly. Excessive force, dropping, or bending may cause parts to crack or break.

Q: How should I clean my 3D printed product?
Use a soft cloth or mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals, dishwashers, or high heat (over 60°C / 140°F), as PLA may warp or soften under those conditions.
